I didn’t understand the airflow treatment question, assumed it was the water stuff. However, there is absolutely nothing I can criticise. From arrival to departure, staff marvellous. The hygienist and the dentist are exceptional. Both explaining what’s going on and being caring and gentle througout the treatment. Second to none.

On the Sunday I lost part of a repair to a crown which had been undertaken just over 3 months earlier. I phoned Serenity on Monday and was able to be seen by Fiona (Dentist) on the Wednesday morning. The partial loss of the previous repair was well explained to me and I am also aware that the back teeth take extra force whilst chewing. At the appointment Fiona undertook the repair again with assistance from Ffion (Dental Nurse), and cautioned me about the extra pressure on back teeth. I was informed that if this 2nd repair is not lasting, then I might have to consider a gold crown. I am very grateful for the work which has been done, and the time made to provide a full explanation.
